- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on clearance or final-sale items.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us before returning your original order.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
